Fairs contribute
effectively to economic growth, in addition to their being a
means to make known the products made by the countries. They
also represent a basic revenue and employment opportunities
even though, in our Arab world, the number of fairs does not
exceed 1.7% of the total number of fairsheld annually
throughoutthe world, over 30'000, and in whose orbit move
close to US$ 6.1 trillion. They also account for 40% of all
marketing strategies.
In the light of
that, the General Committee on Fairs in Libya undertook to
remove all obstacles and provide all facilities to ensure the
success of the Tripoli World Fair.
The Tripoli
World Fair is currently the most remarkable window in the
Libyan economy as it has become a destination for businessman
from all over the world seeking to penetrate the Libyan market
which witnesses a steady and unparalleled growth in terms of
the number of transactions carried out and that of the states
and companies participating in it.
